Pulau Ubin Reflection
On the 29th of October, 6A had gone to Pulau Ubin for a learning journey. We were guided by an instructor which did not want to tell his name. My group, The Rojak Mixer had to work with another group, Forder. We could get along well throughout the trip. Before our teams started trekking, we had to learn about how to use the compass and the map. Our instructor had taught us. He explained how we should set the compass. I had learnt a lot and so did my teammates. I knew they did as our instructor had explained it to us very informatively.
After learning, our team started trekking. We were late when we arrived at where we started but that was because our team insisted on completing all the checkpoints. Well, we succeeded.
After the trip, I was so exhausted. My legs was cramped and I had to trudged home. Although I was EXTREMELY exhausted, I still had fun.
From this trip, I learnt that trekking requires patience, confidence and co-operation. Without this kind of attitude, our team may not have completed all the checkpoints.
