Our trip to ubin

We left school at 7.30am and reached the jetty at 8.30am. I got to say that the bump boat was pretty slow.

Then we gathered and walk to the Ubin HSBC volunteery hub. There was a court outside there and learned how to use a compass andsome map-reading skills.

Afterwards, we were given the task of going to different destinations listed on a piece of paper. Most of the places were huts and one of them was a beach named mamam beach.

We took a long walk and reached all of the huts. By that time, it was time to go back. But, we haven't went to mamam beach yet, mr affendy insisted we go back and with heavy hearts. We went to gather at the court in front of the volunteery hub.

I learnt how to use the compass that day and saw a red junglefowl, wild boar and an eagle.

It was real fun!
